Throughout her career, Jenna has consistently served as an advocate for kindness, a steadfast proponent of mental health awareness and wellness, and a dependable ally and advocate, recognizing the importance of building and maintaining inclusive relationships. As mayor, she works closely with Royersford Borough’s first responders, including the Royersford Borough Police Department, making efforts to preserve and enhance public safety among residents and borough organizations. She serves as a champion for local businesses and organizations and collaborates with stakeholders to create diverse and educational programs for all ages.

Jenna began her career in residential living and programming at McDaniel College in Westminster, MD. From there she went on to serve as the chief conduct officer for Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA. She led a team of student leaders, faculty, and staff to develop, plan, and administer a campus-wide training program on risk management, policies, and bystander intervention skills. She conceptualized and coordinated the creation of campaign branding, resources, marketing materials with monthly learning goals, and online social media efforts for Title IX/ anti-harassment initiatives for the university.

Additionally, Jenna served as the Division of Student Life liaison for students and their parents and families for university recruitment and family events. She developed a strategy for parent communication efforts via a campus-wide coordination of information-gathering for monthly e-newsletters and online social media communications.

Jenna went on to spend a year as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA where she ran the student Phonathon program, expanded a student philanthropy program aimed at education on the importance of giving back, advised the senior gift campaign, and assisted with on-campus alumni events.
